I ordered it on Monday and somehow it was already at my door by Thursday. i’m happy, surprised too.

I got my order in the mounting hardware feels really solid. Everything lined up like it was supposed to, and it didn’t come with no cheap screws or random weird parts. I don’t have no complaints so far, happy with it

I can throw in my camping gear, tools, and somehow there’s still space left over. Packing feels a lot less chaotic now, which is a nice change. Shipping was totally fine too. Warranty support did end up helping me out, which I appreciated, but the replies took longer than I expected. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just slower than… I don’t know, what I was hoping for

Overall, it wasn’t bad. Setup went quickly once I stopped overthinking it and actually figured out what I was doing. Taking it down was a different story though — it took longer than I expected, and that might’ve been on me for not paying closer attention the first time. I’m guessing it gets easier with practice, but the first few tries were a little frustrating.

I like it for the most part, but the road noise on the highway is loud, like, loud loud. It’s okay at first, but after a longer drive it definitely starts to wear on you

Am I the only one who gets a little annoyed when the final price isn’t really clear until later? Took it out on two wet trips and it held up great. No leaks at all, even when the rain was coming down hard. I was kinda suprised but really happy with it.

Needed a few replacement parts. They had them in stock. Site took a bit to figure out, but I found what I needed. All good.

I took it out on a weekend trip and the lid felt sturdy enough, plus it handled some light rain and dust without any real issues. Based on how it’s built, I assumed it would be a snug, worry-free seal all the way around.

The main thing is the gasket doesn’t seem to sit perfectly in place everywhere. I had to press it back in once, which made me start assuming it might keep doing that over time. It’s not leaking badly or anything dramatic, but for the price I expected it to feel a bit tighter and more finished. Leaving it at 3 stars for now

Maybe it’s just me, but the whole experience felt a little disorganized. My order showed up later than expected, and when I reached out, support took a while to get back to me. The product itself was fine, nothing awful, but overall it just didn’t really meet my expectations. I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order again

The lock is okay overall and it does feel secure enough for basic use, like keeping a shed closed, locking up a bike for a quick stop, securing a gate, or using it on a storage bin. I wouldn’t necessarily trust it for anything really important, like expensive tools, a nice e-bike, a garage, or anything sitting outside overnight. It works fine and gives some peace of mind, but the security could definitely be better.

I’m really grateful for how simple the whole process was. Checking out was quick, smooth, and didn’t give me any trouble at all.
